Data centre provider Cyxtera to go public via $3.4bn SPAC
Data centre provider Cyxtera has merged with Starboard Value Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. The merger implies an enterprise value of approximately $3.4bn. Cyxtera has a footprint of 61 data centres in 29 markets around the world serves more than 2,300 leading enterprises. The deal is expected to close in mid-2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
