ServiceNow and Qualtrics partner to integrate sentiment data
ServiceNow and Qualtrics have partnered to add "empathy" to customer experiences. The deal will see ServiceNow integrate sentiment data from Qualtrics into its workflows. The aim is to increase employee productivity and enhance customer loyalty. "Empathy at mass scale is the business differentiator of the 21st century," said Bill McDermott. New products will be available later this year.
