Apple heads to Luxembourg to fight a $14.4 billion tax order
Apple is preparing to challenge a $14.4 billion bill it received from the EU in 2016. A six-man delegation, including Chief Financial Officer, Luca Maestri will descend on Luxembourg's General Court on Tuesday, according to Reuters. During the two-day hearing, Apple will argue against the assertion it had an unfair advantage that allowed it to pay less tax than it should have in Ireland.
