AWS's JEDI cloud protest allowed by U.S. judge
In the latest twist in the JEDI cloud contract saga, a judge has declined efforts to dismissed AWS's protest lawsuit. The U.S. Department of Defense awarded the contract, which could be worth as much as $10bn, to AWS's cloud rival Microsoft in October 2019, but the programme has been held up since with litigation. AWS claims the tendering process was prejudicial and favoured Microsoft.
