CBS to use AI to enhance audience insights
TV network CBS is to use AI to glean insights about its audience. It has agreed a partnership with Canvs, which has built a platform that leverages AI to help businesses unlock insights from everyday language. CBS started using the Canvs Surveys tool last year and says it represents 'a paradigm shift in how research about shows, characters, plot lines and other topics is performed'.
