CRM startup Kustomer acquires Reply.ai
Kustomer, the fast-growing CRM startup valued at more than $700 million, has acquired Reply.ai. It will fold Reply.ai's customisable chatbots into its CRM system. Reply.ai already counts the likes of Coca-Cola, Starbucks and Samsung as customers of its machine learning-based offering. Kustomer is known for the ease with which agents can handle omnichannel requests.
