Dish and AT&T strike up $5bn networking deal
Dish and AT&T have agreed a network services deal worth $5bn. The agreement will see AT&T be Dish's preferred services provider for the next decade. AT&T are replacing T-Mobile as Dish’s wholesale network partner. "This deal will allow us to better compete in the retail wireless market," said a Dish spokesperson. It is expected that the deal will attract attention from the U.S. Justice Department.
