Edtech startup Zuoyebang eyeing $800 million in investment
Zuoyebang, the Chinese online tutoring startup founded by Baidu, wants to capitalise on edtech investment with a weighty new funding round. It is in talks raise up to $800 million via an upcoming round. It was recently valued at $6.5 billion. Zuoyebang's platform is AI-based and helps students who have queries over their work. It has also recently started to live-stream courses.
