Ericsson boosts network services with AI
Ericsson has bolstered its network services portfolio with two new artificial intelligence-based offerings. The AI will help customers keep on top of emerging technologies and data growth in the communications space, says the telco. Network Intelligence and Omni Network Channel employ AI, automation and predictive analytics. Ericsson says the solution "put the service provider in the centre".
