FTC orders tech giants to disclose all acquisition data from 2010-2019
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has ordered five major technology firms to hand over details about previous acquisitions not reported to antitrust agencies. Alphabet, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook have all been told to disclose details of all of their acquisitions from 2010-2019, regardless of transaction values. The FTC said it expects to review "hundreds" of transactions.
