Genesys and AWS partner up
Genesys has chosen AWS to run its cloud-based contact centre platform. AWS will deliver a number of its core services - including compute, database, analytics and machine learning - for Genesys Cloud, which lays claim to be "the world’s leading public cloud contact centre platform". “It’s more important than ever for organisations’ contact centres to be nimble," said a Genesys spokesperson.
