Major banks to meet over digital currencies
Six of the world's major central banks will meet at April's IMF conference to discuss the possibility of central digital currencies. Japan Times reports that governors of the ECB and central banks in the UK, Canada, Japan, Sweden and Switzerland will debate the merits of research into and the rollout of digital currencies. They will likely report their findings before the end of the year.
