Pegasystems moves for speech analytics firm Qurious.io
Pegasystems has bought Qurious.io, a company that specialises in speech analytics. It says it will fold the tech into its software portfolio to offer call centre agents real-time insights. Qurious.io has built its own natural language processing and emotion detection tools. "Its approach complements how Pega uses AI across engagement channels," said a Pega spokesperson. Terms were not disclosed.
